    I want to do a wiki or similar in my desktop app. So, my users will can know any functionality, is there any component? or other ideas?

    You should keep the wiki on the web. You can use something like MediaWiki.
    Like http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Download

    When your application starts up you can use any http component to grab the like or use a TWeBrowser component to display what is going on.
