    Mission
TZDB provides a simple database and a specialized time zone class that allows accessing all time zones supported by Time Zone Database project. One of the design goals is to keep the number of files that need to be included in one's project to minimum. Presently only two files are required to be included in a project to support the database.

    Requirements
TZDB can be compiled on Delphi 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 2007, 2009, 2010 and XE or FreePascal 2.0 and higher. TZDB is best used with Delphi XE which introduces TTimeZone class into RTL.

    Using TZDB
You can read this guide on how and what specifically to download; and how to integrate TZDB into your projects. For a few use examples consult this little guide.
